From Eyre Square, head east on Shop Street until you reach the intersection with Quay Street. Turn left onto Quay Street and continue straight. After a short walk, you will reach the river. Cross the bridge at the end of Quay Street, and immediately turn right. Continue along the riverside until you see Bowling Green on your left. The area is pedestrian-friendly and you will enjoy the sights along the way.

If you prefer to take a bus, head to the nearest bus stop at Eyre Square. You can catch Bus No. 401 that goes towards the Claddagh area. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop closest to Bowling Green. After getting off, walk back towards the bridge and follow the riverside path to reach Bowling Green. The bus journey should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
