Walking
If you are starting from Killarney town center, head towards the Killarney National Park entrance located at the end of Main Street. Walk straight down Main Street until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the Muckross Road (N71). Continue walking along this road for about 15 minutes. You will see the entrance to Killarney House Community Site on your left, just before reaching the park gates.

From Killarney town center, you can catch a local bus (check for the bus number that goes towards Muckross House). The bus stop is located near the tourist office on Beech Road. Board the bus and ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for Killarney House Community Site. It should take about 10-15 minutes. Once you get off, you'll see the entrance to the site nearby.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Killarney town center and head towards Muckross Road (N71). Follow the bike paths that run alongside the road for about 2.5 kilometers.
