Walking
If you are starting from Killarney town center, head towards the Killarney House and Gardens, which is located on the eastern side of the town. From the entrance of Killarney House, walk along the pathway that leads towards the main road (Port Road). Once you reach the road, turn left and follow it for approximately 500 meters. You will pass by several local shops and cafes along the way. Keep an eye out for signs indicating the way to Knockreer Playground. The playground will be on your right-hand side shortly after you pass the entrance to Killarney National Park.

From Killarney town center, you can take a local bus or use a taxi service. If traveling by bus, catch the bus that heads towards the outskirts of Killarney and ask the driver to let you off at the nearest stop for Knockreer. The stop is typically near Killarney House. From there, walk down Port Road for about 5 minutes, and you will find Knockreer Playground on your right, with clear signage indicating its location.
