Purchase your ticket from the driver or use a Leap card if you have one. The journey takes about 30 minutes and the bus will drop you off at the Adare village stop. Once you arrive in Adare, walk towards the Main Street, where you will find Adare Walks located at Main St, Blackabbey, Adare, Co. Limerick, V94 YV9K.

  • Walking

    If you are in the vicinity of Limerick city center, you can also walk to Adare. Start at the Treaty Stone and head south along the River Shannon until you reach the Old Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto the R510 road, following the signs for Adare. The route is approximately 13 kilometers and will take around 2.5 to 3 hours of walking. As you approach Adare, make sure to look out for the signs leading to the village center, where Adare Walks is located on Main St.

  • Train and Bus

    Although there is no direct train to Adare, you can take a train from Limerick station to Limerick Junction. From there, catch a bus back to Adare. First, purchase a ticket for the train at the station. Once you arrive at Limerick Junction, check the departure times for the bus service heading to Adare. The bus ride from Limerick Junction to Adare will take approximately 15-20 minutes. When you arrive in Adare, walk towards Main Street to reach Adare Walks.
