If you're traveling by car, start from the town of Ballyvaughan, which is a central location in The Burren. From Ballyvaughan, take the R477 road heading north towards Black Head. Follow this road for about 10 kilometers (6 miles). You will pass through scenic landscapes and may have views of the Atlantic Ocean on your left. Continue until you reach a fork in the road, and take the left fork onto the L5013 road. Keep driving for another 3 kilometers (1.8 miles) until you see signs for Black Head Lighthouse. There is limited parking available near the lighthouse.
