Walking
Start at Tralee town center. Head southwest on The Square towards Abbey Street. Continue straight onto Denny Street. Walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the Tralee Town Park on your left. Enter the park and follow the path through it, which leads you directly to the outskirts of the town. As you exit the park, continue walking straight onto the Ballyseedy Road. Follow this road for approximately 20-25 minutes, and you will reach Ballyseedy Woods on your left. The entrance is marked and easy to spot.

From Tralee town center, make your way to the Tralee Bus Station located on Abbey Street. Look for the bus service heading towards Ballyheigue or Fenit.
