Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Tralee, head south on Abbey Street toward the Market Square. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the Denny Street. Turn right onto Denny Street and follow it until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the R558 (Ballingarrane Road). Keep walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass the Tralee Golf Club on your left. After passing the golf club, you will see a sign for Ballyseedy Woods. Turn left onto the path that leads into the woods. Continue on this path until you reach the entrance of Ballyseedy Woods.

  • Public Transport

    From Tralee town center, walk to the nearest bus stop on Edward Street. Take the bus number 6 or 7 towards Castleisland, but get off at the Ballyseedy stop. Once you disembark, you will see a sign directing you towards Ballyseedy Woods. Follow the signs and the path leading to the woods entrance, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
