Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Tralee, head south on Market Street toward Edward Street. Continue straight onto the Ring of Kerry Road (N70). Walk for about 20 minutes until you reach the junction with the R558. Turn left onto the R558 and continue for another 15 minutes. You will see the signs for Eask Tower as you approach the area of Carhoo West. The tower is located a short walk up a trail from the road.

    From Tralee Bus Station, take the Bus Éireann Route 40 towards Killarney. Get off at the stop 'Carhoo West' which is about a 30-minute ride. Once you get off, walk back towards the direction of the bus for about 5 minutes. Look for signs directing you to Eask Tower. It is located a short hike up the hill from the main road.
