Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Onchan Village Centre, head south on Main Road (A2) towards Douglas. Continue straight for about 1 mile. You will pass shops and cafes along the way. Look for a pedestrian crossing and cross carefully to the other side of the road. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction with Victoria Street. Turn left onto Victoria Street and follow it for a few hundred meters. You will see a sign for The Archibald Knox Garden on your right. Enter the garden from the main gate.

    From Onchan Village Centre, take the bus service 1 or 2 towards Douglas. The bus stop is located near the Onchan Library. After about 5-10 minutes, get off at the stop for the Isle of Man College. From the bus stop, walk south on the A2 road towards Victoria Street. Turn left onto Victoria Street after a short distance. The Archibald Knox Garden will be on your right shortly after you turn onto Victoria Street. Enter through the main gate.

  • Cycling

    If you're cycling, start from Onchan Village Centre and head south on Main Road (A2). Continue down Main Road for about 1 mile. You will pass several shops and cafes. Use the designated bike lanes where available. When you reach the junction with Victoria Street, turn left. Cycle along Victoria Street for a short distance until you see The Archibald Knox Garden on your right. Park your bike at the designated rack near the entrance.
