Walking
From the center of Peel, start by heading east on Atholl Street towards the promenade. Continue straight until you reach the end of the road, where you will find the Peel Castle and the harbor. From there, follow the coastal path which will lead you out of Peel. After approximately 0.5 miles, you will reach the junction. Turn left onto the A27 road, which is known as the 'Peel to Patrick Road'. Continue along this road for about 1.5 miles until you reach the village of Patrick. The Centre for WW1 Internment, Knockaloe is located at the Patrick Old School, which will be on your right side at Patrick Corner, near Patrick Village. From the bus station in Peel, take the bus number 5 towards Douglas. This bus will take you along the A27 road towards the village of Patrick. Make sure to check the bus schedule as it may vary.
