Start your journey at the center of Peel, at the main bus stop near the Peel Castle. From the bus stop, head south towards the promenade, enjoying the beautiful views of the bay. Continue walking along the promenade until you reach the end, where you will see a path leading up into the hills. Follow this path, which is well-marked and will take you towards Bradda Glen. As you ascend, you will eventually reach a fork in the path; take the left path that leads you to Milner's Tower. The tower is situated on a higher elevation, and you'll have a stunning panoramic view once you reach it.

Another route is to start from the Peel Marina. From the Marina, walk west towards the coastal path. Follow the coastal path that runs along the cliffs, and it will lead you directly to Bradda Glen. Keep walking until you see the signs for Milner's Tower. This path is a bit longer but offers breathtaking views of the coastline as you make your way to the tower.
