From the centre of Ramsey, head south on Parliament Street towards the promenade. Continue straight onto the promenade, enjoying the view of the sea. Walk along the promenade until you reach the end, where you will see a junction. Turn left onto the A18 road (the main road). Follow the A18 for about 1.5 miles. You'll pass by various landmarks. Keep an eye out for signposts indicating the Ayres Nature Discovery Centre. When you reach the Ayres Nature Discovery Centre, which is located on the right side of the A18, follow the pathway leading into the nature reserve.

Starting from the town centre, head to the promenade and take the cycle path that runs along the coast. This path is clearly marked and follows the coastline. Continue cycling until you reach the end of the promenade. At the junction, turn left onto the A18 road. Cycle along this road for approximately 1.5 miles.
