Car
From The Sound, head north on the A5 road towards Castletown. Continue on the A5 for approximately 3 miles until you reach the junction with the A14. Turn right onto the A14 and follow it for about 6 miles. You will pass through the town of Onchan. Stay on the A14 until you see signs for Laxey. Turn left onto the A2 road and continue towards Laxey. Once you arrive in Laxey, follow the signs to Laxey Beach, which is located at The Beach, Laxey IM4 7DW. There is parking available near the beach, which may incur a nominal fee depending on the time of year.

Public Transportation
From The Sound, you can take the bus service operated by Isle of Man Transport. Look for the bus stop at The Sound and take Bus 1 or Bus 2 towards Douglas.
