From The Sound, head north on the A5 road towards Castletown. Continue on the A5 until you reach the junction with the A2. Turn left onto the A2 and follow it through to Ramsey. Once in Ramsey, take a right onto Lezayre Rd. Milntown Estate and Gardens will be on your left. There is parking available on-site.
