Continue along the promenade until you reach the entrance of the Acre Marina. This area is vibrant with cafes and shops, and offers beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Walking
From the Acre Marina, walk north along Ha-Hagana St. You will see the famous Akko Port on your right. This area is rich in history and worth exploring. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Hatzuk St. Take a left onto Hatzuk St, and you will begin to see signs directing you towards the Old City.
Walking
Once you reach the intersection with Hatzuk St, continue until you reach the Old City walls. Go through the main gate (the Akko Gate) to enter the Old City. Once inside, you can navigate through the narrow alleyways to reach various attractions such as the Flea Market and the historic synagogues.
Public Transport
If you are further away from the Old City, you can take a local bus to the central bus station in Acre. Bus lines 1, 2, and 3 frequently run from various points in the city. Once you arrive at the bus station, it's a short walk to the Old City. Exit the bus station and walk south along Ha-Navi St until you reach the Old City walls and enter through the main gate.
