Walking
If you are in the Old City of Acre, start at the main entrance to the Citadel (also known as the Knights' Halls). From here, head south towards the waterfront. You will find the beautiful Mediterranean Sea on your left. Continue walking straight along the promenade, taking in the views and the fresh sea breeze. As you walk, you will notice local shops and cafes, perfect for a quick stop. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the Acre Marina, where you can enjoy views of boats and the harbor.
Public Transport
If you are further away from the waterfront, you can catch a local bus from any central bus stop in Acre. Look for the bus heading towards the 'Old City' or 'Marina'. The bus ride should take around 5-10 minutes. Once you arrive at the bus stop near the Old City, get off and walk towards the Citadel, which is a short distance away. From there, follow the walking directions mentioned in the previous option.
Bicycle
For a more leisurely pace, consider renting a bicycle. There are several bike rental shops in the Old City area. Once you have your bike, head towards the coast, cycling along the promenade. Enjoy the scenic view of the Mediterranean Sea. You can ride for about 15 minutes, reaching the marina area where you can park your bike and explore on foot.
