From the center of Beersheba, head to the main bus station at 'Central Bus Station' (תחנה מרכזית). Take bus number 15 or 19 towards 'Be'er Sheva North'. Get off at the stop named 'David Ben-Gurion University'. From there, walk southeast along 'Hativat Yiftach' street until you reach 'Beersheba River'. It should take approximately 15 minutes on foot.

If you are near the Beersheba central area, start from 'City Hall' (עיריית באר שבע) located at 1, Ha'atzmaut Road. Head south on 'Ha'atzmaut Road' until you reach 'Hativat Yiftach' street. Turn left onto 'Hativat Yiftach' and continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers. The river will be on your right. The walk should take around 20-25 minutes.
