From Beit She'an, head to the bus station located at Hatzvi Street. Look for bus number 501 which goes to Nazareth. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Nazareth bus station, exit the station and walk towards the main road (Ha-Gilboa Street). Turn left onto Ha-Gilboa Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Al-Bishara Street. Turn right onto Al-Bishara Street, and you will find the Church of the Annunciation at number 12 on your left.

At Beit She'an, go to the main bus station and look for shared taxis (Sherut) heading to Nazareth. The Sherut typically leaves when it has enough passengers and will take around 1 hour to reach Nazareth. Once you arrive at the Nazareth bus station, exit and walk towards Ha-Gilboa Street. Turn left and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Al-Bishara Street. Take a right on Al-Bishara Street, and the Church of the Annunciation will be at number 12 on your left side.
