If you are in the center of Beit She'an, head east on HaShmura Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with HaAliya Street. Turn left onto HaAliya and follow it until you reach the end of the street. At the end, turn right onto the main road (Route 90) and continue north. After about 1 kilometer, you will see signs for the Observation Tower. Follow the signs towards the tower, which is located in the nearby park area.

From any central location in Beit She'an, find the nearest bus stop. Take a local bus heading towards the northern part of the city. Inform the driver you wish to stop near the Observation Tower. The bus will drop you off at a stop close to the entrance of the park where the tower is located.
