Walking
If you are in the central area of Eilat, start at the Eilat Marina. Head east towards the promenade, and follow it along the coastline. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with HaTmarim Street. Turn right onto HaTmarim Street and keep walking straight. After about 10 minutes, you will see the Spiral Building (בניין הספירל) on your left. The entrance to מרכז האטרקציות ישראל-ים is located there.

Public Bus
Find the nearest bus stop in Eilat, preferably near the central bus station. You can take Bus Line 1 or Line 2. Both lines have stops near the Spiral Building. Make sure to ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for בניין הספירל (Spiral Building). Once you get off, the entrance to מרכז האטרקציות ישראל-ים will be nearby.

You can easily find a taxi in Eilat. Simply tell the driver you want to go to מרכז האטרקציות ישראל-ים, located at בניין הספירל, ת.ד 1011. The taxi will drop you off right at the entrance of the attraction.
