From Tiberias, head to the central bus station and take bus 421 towards Nazareth. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Nazareth bus station, you can either walk or take a taxi to Nazareth Village, which is about 2 kilometers away. Taxis are usually available outside the bus station and should cost around 30 shekels.
