If you are starting from the Haifa city center, head to the central bus station (תחנה מרכזית). From there, take bus number 21 or 23, which will take you towards the Technion area. Get off at the 'Technion' stop. From the bus stop, walk straight down the road for about 10 minutes until you reach Shmaryahu Levin Street. Turn left onto Shmaryahu Levin Street and continue walking for approximately 5 minutes. Madatech will be on your right.

If you are near the Bahai Gardens, you can walk to Madatech. Head down from the gardens towards the main road (Hameginim). Cross the road and walk towards the Technion area. Continue along Hameginim until you reach Shmaryahu Levin Street. Turn right and walk for about 10 minutes. Madatech will be on your left.
