The ride should take about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Shderot HaCarmel/2 Ben November'. From there, the Sculptures Garden is just a short walk away. Head towards the intersection of Shderot HaCarmel and 2 Ben November, and you will find the entrance to the garden.
