From the Carmel Center, head towards the main street, HaNassi Boulevard. Walk along HaNassi Boulevard in the direction of the Bahai Gardens. After approximately 10 minutes, you will reach the intersection with HaAliya HaShniya Street. Turn left onto HaAliya HaShniya Street and continue walking for about 5 minutes. The Templar Windmill will be on your right at HaAliya HaShniya St 22.

From Carmel Center, locate the nearest bus stop on HaNassi Boulevard. Take bus number 5 or 6, which heads towards the Hadar neighborhood. After about 5-10 minutes, get off at the 'HaAliya HaShniya' bus stop. Note: A single bus ticket costs around 6.60 NIS.
