From Herzliya, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Ibn Gvirol St. Look for bus number 90 or 89, which travels towards Tel Aviv. Get on the bus and ride for approximately 20 minutes. You should get off at the 'Chaim Levanon' stop. After disembarking, walk a short distance down Chaim Levanon St, and you will find the Eretz Israel Museum on your left.

Head to the Herzliya train station, located on Ibn Gvirol St. Purchase a ticket for a train heading towards Tel Aviv. Get on the train and travel for about 15 minutes, then disembark at the 'Tel Aviv University' station. From there, exit the station and walk approximately 15 minutes south along the path towards Chaim Levanon St. The Eretz Israel Museum will be on your right.
