Make your way to the Herzliya train station. Take a train heading to Tel Aviv University. The train ride will take about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Tel Aviv University station, exit the station and follow the signs to bus stops. Take bus number 90 towards Tel Aviv and get off at the 'Rabin Center' stop. The center will be just a short walk from the bus stop at Chaim Levanon St 8.

If you are feeling adventurous and up for a longer walk, you can walk from Herzliya to the Yitzhak Rabin Center. The distance is about 7 km, and it will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Start from Herzliya Marina and head southeast towards the coast. Walk along the promenade towards Tel Aviv, following the coastline until you reach the Tel Aviv Port. Continue walking north along the beach promenade until you reach Chaim Levanon St. The center will be on your left.
