If you are in central Hod Hasharon, start by heading towards the main street, which is HaSharon Street. Walk along HaSharon Street until you reach the junction with Shvil HaTichon. Turn left onto Shvil HaTichon. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer. Sportech Hod Hasharon will be on your right. Look for the sign indicating the entrance.

Board the bus and ride for about 5-10 minutes, depending on your starting location. Get off at the 'Shvil HaTichon' stop.
