If you are in central Hod Hasharon, start by heading towards the main street, which is HaSharon Street. Walk along HaSharon Street until you reach the junction with Shvil HaTichon. Turn left onto Shvil HaTichon. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer. Sportech Hod Hasharon will be on your right. Look for the sign indicating the entrance.

Locate the nearest bus stop and check for bus lines that travel towards Shvil HaTichon. Lines 5 and 7 frequently stop nearby. Board the bus and ride for about 5-10 minutes, depending on your starting location. Get off at the 'Shvil HaTichon' stop. From there, walk about 200 meters along Shvil HaTichon, and you will see Sportech Hod Hasharon on your left.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local bike rental stations. Head towards HaSharon Street and take it until you reach Shvil HaTichon. Once on Shvil HaTichon, ride straight for about 1 kilometer. Sportech Hod Hasharon will be on your right. There are bike racks available for parking your bicycle.
