From the Jaffa Clock Tower, head east on Olei Zion St. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction with Yerushalayim St. Turn left onto Yerushalayim St and walk until you reach the end of the street. At the end, turn right onto HaYarkon St. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will see Independence Park on your left.
Public Bus

From the Jaffa Port, walk to the nearest bus stop on Yefet St, which is approximately a 5-minute walk. Take bus number 5 or 18 towards Tel Aviv. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'HaYarkon St' stop. From there, walk down HaYarkon St for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at Independence Park.
Bicycle

If you have access to a bicycle, you can rent one from any nearby rental shop in Jaffa. Start from the Jaffa Port and head north along the coastline on the bike path.
