Walking
From the Old City of Jerusalem, exit through the Lions' Gate. Once outside, turn left onto the main road (Tzahal Street) and walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Ma'ale HaShalom Street. Turn right onto Ma'ale HaShalom and continue walking uphill. After approximately 500 meters, you will see the Chapel of the Ascension on your left, situated on the Mount of Olives.

From the city center, head to the Central Bus Station. Take bus number 75 or 77 towards the Mount of Olives. After a 20-minute ride, disembark at the stop labeled 'Mount of Olives Viewpoint.' From there, walk along the path towards the Chapel of the Ascension, which is located about 10 minutes away on foot, following the signs.
