If you are near the Central Bus Station (תחנה מרכזית), take bus number 18 towards 'Hebrew University'. Get off at the 'Rothschild St/Bezalel St' stop. From there, walk northwest on Rothschild St for about 5 minutes. The Jerusalem Bird Observatory will be on your right.
Light Rail
If you are near any station of the Jerusalem Light Rail, take the light rail towards 'Mount Herzl'. Get off at the 'Yaffo Center' station. From there, walk southwest along Yaffo St, then turn left onto Rothschild St. The Jerusalem Bird Observatory will be on your left after a 10-minute walk.

If you are already in the area of the city center, you can walk to the Jerusalem Bird Observatory. From the Mahane Yehuda Market, head east on Jaffa St, then turn right onto Rothschild St. Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the observatory located at Rothschild St, Jerusalem.
