Bus
From the center of Jerusalem, walk to the Central Bus Station (Tachana Merkazit). Take bus number 486 towards Jericho. The bus will take about 45 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Baptism Site' (Ma'ayan Harod). From the bus stop, walk about 10 minutes east to reach the Baptismal Site of Jesus Christ. Follow the signs along the path that leads to the site.

You can easily hail a taxi from anywhere in Jerusalem. Simply say you want to go to 'Juwafat al-Kafrayn' or 'the Baptismal Site of Jesus Christ.' The ride will take about 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Ensure the driver uses a meter or agree on a fare beforehand.

If you are near the Old City, it is about 5 km to the Baptismal Site. Start at the Jaffa Gate and head south towards the main road. Continue on the road until you reach the intersection with Route 1.
