From the center of Kfar Saba, walk to the 'Kfar Saba Central Bus Station' (תחנה מרכזית כפר סבא). Once there, take bus number 49 or 50 towards Tel Aviv. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'Gordon St/Chaim Levanon St' stop. From the bus stop, walk south on Chaim Levanon St for about 5 minutes until you reach the Eretz Israel Museum at Chaim Levanon St 2.

Train
Head to the 'Kfar Saba North' train station (תחנת רכבת כפר סבא צפון). Take a train heading towards Tel Aviv. The train journey will take around 20-25 minutes. Get off at the 'Tel Aviv University' station. From there, you can take bus number 25 or 49 from the nearby bus stop towards 'Gordon St/Chaim Levanon St.' After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop and walk south on Chaim Levanon St for about 5 minutes to reach the Eretz Israel Museum.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations available in Kfar Saba. Head south on Jabotinsky St (יגאל אלון) towards the main road. Continue on the bike path until you reach the intersection with Chaim Levanon St. Turn left onto Chaim Levanon St and continue riding for about 3 kilometers until you reach Eretz Israel Museum at Chaim Levanon St 2. Make sure to follow all traffic rules and use bike lanes where available.

If you enjoy walking, start from Kfar Saba's main square (כיכר כפר סבא) and head south on Herzl St (הרצל). Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Jabotinsky St. Cross over and continue straight until you reach Chaim Levanon St. Turn right and walk for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Eretz Israel Museum at Chaim Levanon St 2.
