Getting There

• Walking

  Start your journey at the Nahariya train station. Exit the station and head west towards the main road, Ha'atzmaut Street. Walk along Ha'atzmaut Street until you reach the intersection with Sderot Ben Gurion. Turn left onto Sderot Ben Gurion and continue walking straight until you reach the beach promenade. Once you are at the promenade, follow the path north along the coastline. Keep an eye out for signs indicating the direction to 'לגונת העין הכחולה' (Blue Eye Lagoon) as you approach the area. After walking for about 20-30 minutes, you will reach the lagoon located at the address 'הצדף, Nahariyya'.

• Bicycle

  Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Nahariya, preferably near the train station. Once you have your bike, head towards the beach promenade. Ride north along the promenade, enjoying the scenic views of the Mediterranean Sea. Continue until you find signs pointing towards 'לגונת העין הכחולה' (Blue Eye Lagoon). The ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on your pace. Upon arrival, you can safely park your bicycle at designated bike racks nearby.

• Public Transport

  From central Nahariya, walk to the nearest bus stop. You can take a local bus that heads towards the coastal areas or the beach. Ensure that you ask the driver or check the bus schedule to confirm that the bus stops near 'לגונת העין הכחולה' (Blue Eye Lagoon). After disembarking, follow the signs to the lagoon, which should be a short walk away from the bus stop. The entire journey via bus should take approximately 30-40 minutes, including wait times.
