If you are starting from the Basilica of the Annunciation, head northwest on Maria's Well Street toward St. Mary’s Street. Continue straight onto St. Mary’s Street, and after a short walk, you will reach the intersection with The Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation on your right. The church is located at the end of the street, and you will see its distinct architecture as you approach.

From the Nazareth Market (Souk), exit onto Paul VI Street. Walk east for about 10 minutes, passing local shops and cafes. When you reach the Basilica of the Annunciation, turn left onto Maria's Well Street and follow it as it curves. The Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation will be on your left shortly after the intersection with St. Mary’s Street.
