Bus
From Netanya city center, walk to the main bus station located at David Hamelech St. Take bus number 601 towards Tel Aviv. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'Hahashmonaim' stop in Tel Aviv. From there, walk straight down Hahashmonaim St. for about 5 minutes until you reach Klausner St. Turn left onto Klausner St. and walk for another 2 minutes. The ANU Museum of the Jewish People will be on your right at Klausner St 15.

Head to the Netanya train station located on Hatzor St. Board a train heading to Tel Aviv HaHagana station. The ride will take about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Tel Aviv HaHagana, exit the station and head for the 'Hahashmonaim' bus stop, which is a short walk from the station. Take bus number 66 from there towards the 'Rothschild Blvd' and get off at 'Klausner St.' The ANU Museum of the Jewish People will be a short walk from the bus stop, located at Klausner St 15.

If you are near the beach area in Netanya, you can enjoy a scenic walk to the nearby train station at Netanya. From the beach promenade, walk towards the main road (Haatzmaut St.) and turn left. Continue walking straight until you reach the train station on Hatzor St. From there, follow the train instructions above to reach Tel Aviv.
