If you are starting from the center of Netanya, head south on Sderot Ben Gurion towards the beach. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Sderot Yitzhak Rabin. Turn left onto Sderot Yitzhak Rabin and continue straight. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. After approximately 800 meters, you will reach the park entrance on your right.

From Netanya's central bus station, take bus line 30 towards the 'Sharon' neighborhood. Stay on the bus for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the stop named 'Park HaGuf'. After getting off, walk back a short distance and turn left onto a path leading directly to פארק אגם החורף. The park is well-signposted from this point.

You can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Netanya. Start from the main promenade along the beach and head north. Follow the coastal bike path until you reach the entrance of the park. This route is scenic and takes about 15-20 minutes, depending on your speed.
