Make your way to the Netanya train station which is located at 1 HaRishonim Street. Board a train heading south towards Tel Aviv. The train ride will take about 20-30 minutes. Disembark at the Tel Aviv Savidor Center station. From there, you can take a bus or walk to the White City area.
