Get off at the 'Arlozorov/Ben Gurion' stop in Tel Aviv. From there, walk towards Ben Gurion Street, and continue onto Trumpeldor Street. The Trumpeldor Tel Aviv Cemetery will be on your left.

Head to the Ra'anana train station. Take a train towards Tel Aviv. The ride takes about 30 minutes. Disembark at Tel Aviv Savidor Center station. From the station, walk towards the exit and head south on Yitzhak Sadeh Street. Continue straight until you reach Trumpeldor Street, turn right, and the cemetery will be on your right.

If you are close to the center of Ra'anana, you can walk to the nearest bus stop. From there, take bus line 47 towards Tel Aviv as mentioned above.
