Walking
From Rosh HaNikra, walk towards the main road (Route 4) heading south. Follow the path that leads directly to the coastal area. This will take you approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you reach Route 4, turn left and continue walking until you reach Nahariya. The promenade is located along the beach, easily visible from the main road.

Public Transport
From Rosh HaNikra, you can take a bus (look for the Egged bus service) towards Nahariya. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop, and it should take around 10-15 minutes to reach Nahariya. Get off at the Nahariya central bus station. From there, walk towards the beach, and you will easily find the promenade heading north along the coast.
