From the center of Tiberias, head towards the waterfront promenade (Tayelet). Walk along the promenade towards the north for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Hahalutzim Street. Turn left onto Hahalutzim Street and continue walking straight. After about 800 meters, you will reach the Franciscan Monastery, located on the left side of the street. Look for the sign indicating the monastery entrance.
