If you are in the city center, start at Piazza del Ferrarese. Head east on Via Venezia until you reach Via Sparano da Bari. Turn left and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Cross the street and continue straight on Corso Cavour. At the end of Corso Cavour, turn right onto Via Nazario Sauro and continue until you reach the waterfront. Follow the promenade along the sea until you reach Corso Trieste. Pane e Pomodoro beach will be on your left.

From the central bus station (Piazza Aldo Moro), take bus number 20 or 21 towards 'Pane e Pomodoro'. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Pane e Pomodoro'. Once you disembark, walk towards the beach; it will be directly in front of you along Corso Trieste.
