From the city center near Piazza del Ferrarese, head east on Via Venezia towards Via G. Capruzzi. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via G. Capruzzi. Turn left onto Via G. Capruzzi and walk until you reach the intersection with Via Abate Gimma. Take a right on Via Abate Gimma, and then take the first left onto Via Carulli. Continue on Via Carulli, and you will find Arco Basso located on the right side. Look for the archway that leads into a narrow passage.
