Once at the train station, purchase a ticket to Milano Centrale. Trains run frequently, so check the schedule and hop on a train heading to Milan. The journey will take approximately 50 minutes. Upon arrival at Milano Centrale, exit the station and look for the Metro signs. Take Metro Line 2 (the green line) towards Assago Milanofiori Forum. Get off at the 'Romolo' station. From here, you can either walk or take Tram Line 2 towards 'Piazza Bausan' and get off at 'Piazza Napoli'. After getting off, walk down Via Tiziano and then turn right onto Alzaia Naviglio Grande. The Chiesa di Santa Maria delle Grazie al Naviglio will be on your left at number 34.
