From the central area of Città Bassa, head towards Viale Vittorio Emanuele II, which is a main road in the neighborhood. Walk north along this avenue until you reach the intersection with Viale delle Mura. Turn left onto Viale delle Mura. Continue walking for about 10 minutes. San Giovanni Casemate is located at Viale delle Mura, 7, and you will see it on your right-hand side.

If you're near the bus stop at 'Piazza Matteotti', take bus number 1 or 3 towards 'Città Alta'. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the stop 'Viale delle Mura'.
