From central Bergamo, head to the bus station located at 'Piazzale Marconi'. Look for bus number 6, which goes directly to Como. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Como's bus station, exit and walk straight along 'Via Giuseppe Garibaldi' until you reach 'Piazza Roma', which will be on your left.

Make your way to the 'Bergamo' train station, located near the city center. Purchase a ticket for a train heading to 'Como Lago'. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes. After arriving at 'Como Lago' station, exit the station and walk straight along 'Viale Cattaneo'. Continue walking until you reach 'Piazza Roma', which will be on your right.

If you're already near the Città Alta (Upper Town) area of Bergamo, you can take a leisurely walk to 'Piazza Roma' in Como. Head down towards the funicular station and take it down to 'Piazzale Marconi'. The distance is quite long, so it’s advisable to use public transport for this trip.
