From the main square in Capri, Piazza Umberto I, head towards Via Camerelle. Follow Via Camerelle until you reach the intersection with Via della Pigna. Turn left onto Via della Pigna. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street, then turn right onto Via Tragara. Follow this road until you reach the viewpoint at Punta Tragara. From here, you will need to walk down Via Punta Tragara, which leads to the coastal path. Continue along the coastal path until you reach the Sorrento coastline. Note that the path may have some steep sections, so wear comfortable shoes.

From Capri, walk to the bus stop located near the Marina Grande. Take the Sita bus towards Sorrento. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop for 'Punta Capo'. From the bus stop, walk down the road until you see signs for Bagni Regina Giovanna. Follow the signs until you reach the entrance. Be aware that the last bus back to Capri departs in the evening, so plan your visit accordingly.

Head to Marina Grande in Capri. Look for the ferry service that operates to Sorrento. Purchase a ticket and board the ferry. The boat ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Sorrento, disembark and make your way to the bus stop outside the port. Take the Sita bus towards Punta Capo. Get off at the stop for 'Punta Capo' and follow the signs to Bagni Regina Giovanna. Ensure you check the ferry schedule for return trips to Capri.
