From the main square in Capri (Piazza Umberto I), head towards the steps leading down to Via Roma. Continue straight on Via Roma until you reach the Capri Funicular station. Take the funicular down to Marina Grande, which is the main port area of Capri. Once you arrive at Marina Grande, follow the signs towards the ferry terminal (Porto di Napoli). Purchase a ferry ticket to Naples at the terminal. Upon arrival in Naples, disembark and head towards the exit of the ferry terminal toward Piazza Municipio. Palazzo San Giacomo is located at P.za Municipio, 25, just a short walk from the ferry terminal.

At Marina Grande in Capri, purchase a ferry ticket to Naples. The ferry ride takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at the Naples ferry terminal (Molo Beverello), exit the terminal and head towards the main road. You will see signs for Piazza Municipio. Walk straight for about 10 minutes, and you will reach Palazzo San Giacomo located at P.za Municipio, 25.
