Begin at the Piazzetta, the central square of Capri. From the Piazzetta, take Via Vittorio Emanuele, which leads you downhill. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Tiberio. Turn left onto Via Tiberio and walk for approximately 15 minutes. As you walk, you'll notice signs pointing to Villa Jovis. The path will become a bit steep, so be prepared for a moderate incline. After about 1 kilometer, you will see the entrance to Villa Jovis on your right.

If you're starting from Marina Grande, head to the Funicular station located near the port. Take the Funicular to the top of Capri, which will bring you to the Piazzetta. From there, follow the previous guidance starting at the Piazzetta onto Via Vittorio Emanuele and then onto Via Tiberio. This route will take approximately 30 minutes of walking from the Piazzetta to Villa Jovis.
