From the Monterosso al Mare train station, exit and head towards the beach. Walk along the shoreline for about 5 minutes until you reach the main square, Piazza Garibaldi. From here, look for the signs pointing to 'Salita dei Cappuccini'. Follow the steep path that begins at the end of the square, which leads you uphill. Continue walking for approximately 10 minutes, and you will see the Convent of the Capuchin Friars on your right at Salita dei Cappuccini, 20. The convent is known for its beautiful views and serene atmosphere.
