    From the center of Courmayeur, head east on Via Roma. Continue straight onto Strada Statale 26 (SS26) for approximately 3 kilometers. Turn left onto Strada dei Piani di La Palud, following signs for the cable car station. Continue along the road until you reach the cable car station at the base of the Mont Blanc massif. There is a parking lot available at the cable car station, but be aware that parking may incur a fee, typically around €5-€10 per day. From the cable car station, take the Skyway Monte Bianco cable car to the Punta Helbronner station. After arriving, follow the marked hiking trails towards Col Chécruit, which is approximately a 1-2 hour hike depending on your pace.
